Comfort & atmosphere
Light, climate and shading that follow how the room is actually used.
A room should be right when you walk into it and cost nothing when you leave. We wire lighting into circuits that make sense, put climate on a sensor rather than a habit, and give you scenes you will actually use — not thirty-two switches renamed.
- Lighting — Dimmable zones per room, scenes for evening, cooking, cinema and away. Retrofit modules behind existing switches where rewiring is not practical.
- Climate — Smart thermostats for central heating, IR control for split units, and per-room targets with a schedule and an occupancy override.
- Shading — Motorised curtains, blinds and roller shutters on schedule, sun position or a single button.
- Air — Temperature, humidity and air-quality sensing so ventilation runs when it is needed rather than on a timer.
Energy & continuity
Measure what you use, cut what you waste, and keep working when the grid does not.
Most of a bill is invisible — the water heater that runs all night, the AC in an empty bedroom, the pump cycling against a closed valve. We meter the circuits, show you where it goes, and automate the obvious. Then we make the property behave sensibly on generator and on solar.
- Metering — Consumption measured per circuit and logged, so a change in a bill has an explanation you can point to.
- Source awareness — The system knows whether you are on grid, generator or battery, and applies a different rule set to each.
- Load shedding — Heavy loads held back automatically when you switch to generator, so the changeover does not trip.
- Water — Pump and tank automation, level sensing, and a dry-run cutout that protects the pump.
CCTV, alarm & access
Cameras that are positioned on purpose, an alarm split into zones, and doors that know who is at them.
Cameras only help if they are pointed at the things that matter and if someone actually sees the footage. We plan coverage on a drawing, keep the recording on site, and send you the clip rather than a notification you will ignore.
- CCTV — Uniview IP cameras and NVR sized to the property. Night performance checked on site, not assumed from a datasheet.
- Intrusion alarm — Door and window contacts, motion detection and sirens, zoned so you can arm the perimeter while people are still inside.
- Access control — Smart locks, keypads, card or fob readers and video door stations, with a log of who opened what and when.
- Alerts — Clips and events pushed to your app. Rules so the cat does not wake you and the gate at 3am does.
Detection & life safety
Smoke, heat, gas and water — the things that cost the most and give the least warning.
Detection is the cheapest part of a system and the part that matters most at 4am. We install detectors in the rooms that need them, wire them into the same system as everything else, and make sure the alert travels to a phone rather than just a ceiling.
- Smoke & heat — Detectors in bedrooms, hallways, kitchens and plant rooms, reporting to your app as well as sounding locally.
- Gas — LPG and CO detection near boilers, kitchens and generator rooms, with an automatic gas shutoff where the installation allows.
- Water leak — Sensors under sinks, near boilers, tanks and washing machines, with a motorised valve that closes the supply.
- Acting on it — A detection can do more than beep: turn on the lights on the escape route, unlock the door, stop the ventilation, start the camera recording.
Your app & your access
One app for the property, on your hardware, with users you control.
The app is where the system stops being equipment and starts being useful. Yours is laid out around your rooms, it connects straight to your own controller, and you decide who gets in and what they see.
- Your app — Named for the property, arranged around your rooms and the things you actually touch.
- Direct access — An encrypted connection to your own equipment, without a third-party platform in the middle.
- Users and permissions — Family, staff, a cleaner, a building manager — each with their own access, revocable in a second.
- Works offline — Local control keeps working inside the property even when the internet is down.
Automation that suits you
Rules written around your routine, not a manufacturer's demo.
Automation is only good when it is invisible. We start with a handful of rules that earn their place, live with them, and tune them on the follow-up visit rather than burying you in options on day one. And it does not stop there: our support line is open 24/7, and when you want a new routine — a holiday mode, a new schedule for the shop, a rule for the generator — we help you build it.
- Scenes — One button for leaving, arriving, sleeping, or opening the shop.
- Schedules — Water heater ready before you wake. Signage off after closing. Irrigation before sunrise.
- Conditions — If nobody has been detected for twenty minutes, the climate stands down. If the gate opens after midnight, the drive lights and you get the clip.
- Voice, optionally — Works with the major assistants if you want it, and works perfectly well without them if you do not.
The same six systems,
configured six different ways.
A clinic and a showroom need the same equipment with completely different rules. Here is roughly where we start for each kind of property — your survey changes it.
Apartments
Lighting scenes, split-unit control, a video door station at the entrance and cameras covering the landing and the parking. Generator-aware so the changeover does not trip.
Villas & houses
Perimeter cameras, gate automation, garden irrigation, pool and pump control, and detection across floors. Zoned alarm so the ground floor can be armed at night.
Offices
Meeting rooms and open plan on a working-hours schedule, access control on the main door and the server room, cameras on the entrances, and a network built for the load.
Shops & showrooms
Cameras over the till, the entrance and the stockroom with playback on your phone. Access control on staff doors, lighting that switches itself off after closing.
Buildings
Shared entrance, lift lobby and parking under one system, with a building manager account and separate access for each unit. Common-area energy metered separately.
Clinics & workshops
Temperature-critical rooms monitored and alarmed, restricted access to storage, and a log of who entered which room and when.
Not sure which of these you need?
That is what the survey is for. We walk the property, listen to what is actually bothering you, and come back with a drawing and a price. No obligation.
