Get in touch
WhatsApp, call or the form — whichever is easiest.
Tell us the property, roughly how big it is, and what is bothering you. That might be a bill, a gate, a generator that trips, a shop you cannot see from home, or simply that you are building and want it done properly the first time. We will tell you straight away whether it is something we do.
We walk the property
Usually 45 to 90 minutes, and it costs you nothing.
We look at your distribution board, your internet, your generator changeover, your existing cameras and your ceiling heights. We photograph every point a device would go and measure the runs. If something in the building makes a plan impossible, we would rather find it now than on installation day.
You get a drawn plan
A drawing, a device list and a price. On paper.
Every camera with its angle, every switch, every sensor, every cable run. Next to it, what each device does and what it costs. If the number is higher than you wanted, we show you what can come out and what the consequence is. Nothing is ordered until you say yes.
We install and commission
One to five days depending on the size.
Cables run, equipment mounted, system configured, and every device tested with you standing next to us. Cameras are aimed and focused at night as well as in daylight. Detectors are triggered to prove they alert. Nothing is signed off because we say it works.
We hand over your app
Your app, your accounts, your recordings.
We install the app on your phones, set up the people who need access with the right permissions, and walk you through it until it is boring. You leave with a document listing what is installed, where it is, and what each thing is called in the app.
We stay reachable
Because a system is never finished on day one.
Rules need tuning once you have lived with them. A cleaner leaves and their access has to go. A camera needs re-aiming after the neighbour builds. We handle changes over WhatsApp and come out when something needs hands on it.
What “your own
app” really means.
It is an easy thing to claim, so here is the detail. Six things that are true of the systems we hand over — ask any other installer the same six questions.
- It connects to your equipment, not to a middleman
Your app talks to the controller and recorder inside your property over an encrypted link. Your video is not uploaded to a platform, and a company changing its terms cannot change your access.
- Recordings stay where you can reach them
Footage is written to storage on site and kept for as long as the disk allows — typically two to four weeks, longer if you want more storage. Exporting a clip is something you do yourself.
- Every person gets their own access
Not a shared password. Each person has an account with only what they need, and removing someone takes one tap. The log shows who did what.
- It still works when the internet is down
Switches, scenes, sensors, alarm and local recording keep running on the property's own network. You lose remote access until the line is back; you do not lose the house.
- No platform subscription to use what you bought
Basic access and local recording carry no monthly fee. If you later want off-site backup of footage or an SMS fallback for alerts, those cost money and we tell you what before you commit.
- You hold the credentials
Admin accounts are yours. We keep our own access only if you want us to be able to help remotely, and you can revoke it whenever you like.
Things people ask before they commit.
Do I have to rewire?
Usually not. Most lighting and climate control retrofits behind your existing switches or onto the split-unit you already own. Cameras and access control need cable, and we route it as discreetly as the building allows. If a rewire genuinely is the right answer, we say so and tell you why.
What if I only want cameras?
That is fine, and it is where a lot of jobs start. We install it in a way that leaves room to add lighting, detection or access later without replacing what you already paid for.
What happens on generator?
We set a rule for it. Cameras, router, alarm, fridge and lighting stay up. Water heater, oven and air conditioning are held back until the grid returns. You see which source you are on in the app, and the switch happens without anyone touching anything.
How long does it take?
An apartment is typically one to two days on site. A villa or a shop, two to four. A building is phased so nobody loses power or access for long. The survey gives you the real number before you book.
Who owns the equipment?
You do, outright, from the day it is installed. There is no lease and no equipment we can switch off. The admin accounts are in your name.
What if something breaks?
Message or call us, any hour — support is 24/7. Equipment carries its manufacturer warranty and we handle the claim for you. Our workmanship is covered for twelve months. Beyond that we quote the repair before we do it.
What happens after you leave?
You keep us. Support is 24/7 on WhatsApp and by phone, and we help with automation for as long as you own the system — a new scene, a schedule for the holidays, a rule for a new room. Most of it we can do remotely with your permission; the rest is a short visit.
Is installation really free?
Yes, when you order four or more items from the shop in one go. Below that, installation is quoted after the survey. Either way the survey itself is free.
Book the walkthrough.
The survey costs you nothing and it is the only honest way to price a system. Send us a message and tell us where the property is.
